My workouts have been going pretty well recently. The Secret? Proper nutrition in the form of a weekly Big Mac.
Featured exersize: Reverse grip tricep pull down supersetted with overhead tricep extension.
Featured internet purchase: Computer memory.
Featured podcast: NASA Astrobiology Magazine. (Articles read by a computer.)
Featured imaginary celebrity girlfriend: Alicia Keys.
You know what’s cool? Podcasts. Yeah, I’m slow. I downloaded some and listened to some science and news podcasts while doing exciting things like cooking pasta or rice. And I had to ask myself: “Wait a minute? Am I smarter?”
The answer is no. I’m the same idiot I’ve always been, just ever so slightly better informed.
Podcasts. You heard it here most recently.
You know what else would be cool? Being, like, a celebrity scientist.
I’ve changed from using a 50 percent Ultra Fuel solution during my workouts to a 75 percent solution.
According to the scale at the gym, I currently weigh 135 pounds. That sucks. I would love to hit 160 pounds, I’ve never been that heavy. The secret? Training the legs.
It troubles me to be revealing perhaps the best that the archives have to offer so soon, but on this day occurred a certain encounter in the White Hen Pantry parking lot, and later:
A red letter day, my friends.
